Independent thinking. Practical results.

Clarity for
what comes next.

Media and AI advisory, research and training — for broadcasters, publishers and the leadership teams steering them through the next decade.

AI initiatives rarely fail on the technology.
They fail where ambition is never aligned to the business.

The work is strategic, not technical
Services

Four ways to work together.

Independent, practical and senior. Every engagement is shaped around a decision you need to make — not a methodology I need to sell.

01

Media Advisory

Strategy, transformation and general management support for broadcasters, publishers and media owners — from someone who has carried the P&L, not only advised on it.

  • Growth, turnaround and market-entry strategy
  • Programming and commercial performance
  • Organisational design and leadership
  • Board and shareholder reporting
02

AI Strategy & Adoption

AI strategy that begins with the business, not the tool. Use cases that earn their place, governance that enables rather than blocks, and a road map an organisation can actually execute.

  • Opportunity mapping and use-case selection
  • Adoption road maps and operating models
  • Governance, ethics and regulatory readiness
  • Board-level communication on AI
03

Research & Insight

Two decades of audience research and market analysis behind every recommendation. Evidence first, opinion second.

  • Audience, market and competitive analysis
  • Benchmarking across CEE media markets
  • Data-driven programming and pricing decisions
  • Commercial due diligence support
04

Training & Facilitation

Fluency first, then strategy, then transformation. Sessions built for management teams who have to decide — not for engineers who have to build.

  • AI fluency programmes for leadership teams
  • Hands-on workshops on real company cases
  • Strategy off-sites and executive facilitation
  • Multi-country programmes for media groups
Approach

People. Perspective. Progress.

Three words on the business card, and the order they belong in.

01

People

No strategy survives a team that was not brought along. Culture, capability and talent readiness are part of the plan from day one — not the change-management slide at the end of it.

02

Perspective

Twenty-five years across six markets and every side of the P&L, from audience research to the CEO chair. Independent enough to say the thing that needs saying.

03

Progress

Movement you can measure. Plans that become decisions, decisions that become results — and a road map that still makes sense once the consultant has left the room.

Aleksandras Cesnavicius

A media executive with more than 25 years leading television and digital businesses across Central and Eastern Europe — including twelve years as CEO of PRO TV, Romania's leading commercial network, within the CME / PPF group.

Earlier roles span general management, business development and audience research at RTL Group, Modern Times Group and Ekspress Grupp, in Lithuania, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary and Germany.

The thread through all of it is the same one clients hire for now: turning uncertainty into a position, and a position into decisions the organisation can act on. PhD in Social Sciences (Media), Vilnius University.
